Maybe it IS okay, and maybe necessary, to take a day off from time to time (I didn&#039;t get to draw at all yesterday and was having withdrawal symptoms!).  Overall I agree that it&#039;s good exercise, though, and if you don&#039;t like all your efforts (and I don&#039;t like all MINE, either), well so what.  It was time spent observing, paying attention, trying. It&#039;s just a piece of paper, after all...

I liked your exercise machine, though...I think you&#039;re being too critical of yourself!</description>

I agree with Blade...daily sketching...it&#039;s physical...hand/eye and all that.
