Your Basic Bottle Opener

bottle_openerI picked up some gray PITT pens this weekend while I was supposed to be grocery shopping.  Hey, it’s not my fault they put the grocery store so close to the art store…  This is my first sketch with them.

Edit: just for the record, I did continue on to the grocery store immediately after the art store.

Looks great. Seems like I have one of those in our drawer. Lucky you have an art store!

Oh wow! I actually thought this was a photograph! o_O And was wondering, hmmm why did Jeff post up a picture…. but it’s NOT!
    This is oozing with awesomeness!

Well you can just throw your camera away. This couldn’t be more realistic!

Yes, I want some of these pens or similar. Right now I am using and loving my Pentel Brush Pen Grey #130-something. I find by layering the grey I can get different tones.

Ha ha, I love that bit about art over food. Looks like this drawing tasted good though ;-)

Jeff, WOW! like others I am in awe of the realism of this little drawing. I haven’t been able to get the hang of brush pens. I love the idea of them but…

Way to go getting your priorities in the proper order! Feed the soul then the body. :)

    Cheers!

It sure looks like you knew what to do with these pens! I’ll look forward to seeing more Pitt pen drawings.

This is incredibly realistic! So crisp and graphic! Do you mean the PITT Big Brush pens, or the regular Pitt brush pens?

  9. Jeff says:

@Deborah Lowe: Regular PITT brush pens. I had no idea there was a BIG brush variety. Now I’m going to have to shopping. See what you’ve done? ;)
