I haven’t posted here in a long while. But that doesn’t mean I’ve stopped drawing (although I have not been drawing as much as I would like). I’ve been taking a figure drawing class at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago.
I’ve been hesitant to post these drawings. I have a number of nieces and nephews whose parents might object to them seeing drawings containing nudity. I also have several colleagues who have been known to check out my drawings while at work; where viewing pictures of nekkid people is usually frowned-upon.
So rather than my normal posting policy of one post per drawing, I am including several drawings in this one post.

Hi! I think your life drawings are simply wonderful! What called my attention while reading is all the warnings, who could be offended at looking at such great artworks? this is art, not obscene at all; on TV there’s a lot of nudity and worst than that: VIOLENCE, like in most videogames…. i wonder if in your country art museums have special rooms for people over 18 to admire Renoir, Michelangelo, etc…. keep drawing & sharing your works, they deserve to be seen!! These are terrific, Jeff! And I understand the dilemma about the nieces and nephews; I faced the same issue awhile back. To me, it is tasteful art, but not everyone views it the same way. I think you handled it very well.
Great job. you’ve done a really nice job. I’ve been afraid to tackle the human form. Keep posting.
